We Are Hiring
Bridgewater Presbyterian Church is seeking a part-time Worship Leader to help our congregation sing with confidence, joy, and depth. We are a hymn-centered, theologically grounded church that values reverent, accessible, and heartfelt worship, and we are not looking to reinvent who we are but to grow more alive within our sacred tradition. We are seeking someone who will help us become a church where every voice is heard, every generation is invited, and worship feels both sacred and alive

Lead congregational worship each Sunday
Provide clear and confident vocal leadership
Collaborate with the pastor to shape meaningful, well-flowing worship services
Help cultivate and lead a core repertoire of hymns and worship songs
Strengthen congregational singing while helping build a team of musicians and vocalists
Who You Are
A follower of Jesus with a heart for worship
Proficient in singing
Proficient in piano, guitar, or organ
Relational, humble, and collaborative
Passionate about helping a congregation worship – not performing
The Opportunity
~5 hours/week
Flexible schedule outside of Sunday mornings and key church seasons (e.g., Christmas, Holy Week)
A warm, relational church environment
The chance to help shape a growing worship culture rooted in depth and beauty
